What Symptoms After Short-term High-dose Tramadol Use Indicate The Need For Urgent Medical Attention?

Don t ask why, took large amounts of tramadol (up to 300-400mg in one sitting) for a four day period. Completely dropped them with minor side effects but immune health is very low, body temperature is high, and I have trouble urinating/defecating. I have also lost 5 kg of bodyweight in this one week. I do not feel nor suspect that I m in critical condition, but If I absolutely need to receive medical attention what should I pay attention for?
