Hi my name is Deborah, I had a nuke stress test with out come of The anteroseptal segment showing a reversible defect,base to apex (large) and moderate in severity. . My question is ,What are the symptoms of this problem? I have several issues going on. Thank you

Hi,

* The reversible defect in anteroseptal segment of heart chamber indicates possible atherosclerosis narrowing of the underlying supplying branch of coronary artery usually left anterior descending branch.

There can be various clinical symptoms which can bother you with this issue as

- chest pain (exacerbated by exertion, stress, relieved by rest)
- sublingual nitroglycerine relieves typically
- gabhraman, perspiration
- vague chest heaviness or impending doom on occasions
- breathlessness on exertion
- others which may provoke as GERD

However, a clinical examination and detailed history is must before commencing to much detailed precision way.
