What Symptoms Should Be Observed Before Diagnosing Diabetes?
I am a 55 yo female. Over the last two years or so, I have had an unsatisfiable appetite for sweets, primarily chocolate. Some days I may eat WAY too much. I am concerned about what this may do to my health. There is no history of diabetes in my family, but wonder if I can induce it by my sugar intake. While I am trying to be more disciplined, what would be some diabetes indicators I need to watch for?

you may have weakness,increase appetite,thrust,frequency of urination,multiple symptoms or may complaint nothing,
to remove doubt ,
keep blood sugar less than 110 fasting & less than 200 after food,
HbA1C less than 7 %,
urinalysis,
change life style ,
avoid alcohol,smoking,cola,coffee,fruit juices,junk foods,
take fresh fruits,leafy veg.soya products,toned milk,
reduce weight,do exercise regularly,
take care.
