What Tests Are Advisable For Brachial Plexus Neuritis?

hi I have a 12 year old girl and she has been diagosed with brachial plexus neuritis by a physio. What do I do now and is she not very young for this at the moment her left hand top side of her back is quite inflamed and she finds it very hard to move her left arm .Does she need blood tests?
