1 ) First of all do not panic.

3 ) If I was your treating doctor, I will suggest you to get following -
A. USG to find out exact
gestational age of the pregnancy and viability.
B.
Complete blood count, urine routine examination, TSH, blood sugar levels, fasting and post lunch. Serological tests for HIV and
Hepatitis B.
4 ) Please opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits, salads and vegetables in daily diet. Drink plenty of water in the day. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars. Avoid
substance abuse of if any.
Start on
Folic acid, Vitamin B 12 and Omega 3 supplements on daily basis. This will help to prevent various complications during the pregnancy .
