What Tests Should Be Done To Check For Dwarfism?

hi there im concerned about my sons growth as he is 3 next week and still fits into his 18-24month clothing can you tell me at what age the signs of dwarfism are or if this could be a factor he eats well an is very active but has barely grown in 1yr 1/2 thank you sarah
