What Tests Should My Mother Get For Worsening Headaches And Hearing Loss After Being Told Her Nerves Are Weakening?

hi doctor , my mother is suffering from unbearable headache . we had consulted with doctor about 3 years ago and he said that her nerves are weakening .now her hearing capability is losing too . we are poor and we just want to check her when we r sure that what exact illness is . so please suggest me which check up we should do ? i m helpless already .
