What To Check In The 7th Month Of Pregnancy?

need advice i am estimatly 7mon ive had no check ups yet i finally got insurance thatll be paid 2marrow then i can set an app. this is my 2nd everything seems to be going just fine im just really nervous and dont know what to tell the doctor about this being my 1st check up 7mon into the pregnancy also is there anything you could ask me to check 4 or observe meantime please

Hello,
Apart from a routine clinical examination, you would need blood counts, urinalysis, abdominal sonogram, tests for high risk states and infections like hepatitis. You should be treated if there is any anemia, diabetes or hypertension; any urinary infection should also be attended to. You need to take a healthy diet including plenty of fresh vegetables, milk, milk products and fresh fruits. Nutritional supplements would be added. Hope you find this information useful.
