What To Do After Banging The Top Of The Head With A Door Handle?

Hi, I banged the top of my head on a door handle today when i stood back up, it wasnt a hard knock but enough for me to say outch, im now relaxing and feel sick and i can feel where i banged it, i do suffer with anxiety so i wasnt sure to worry or not?

Its normal to get mild swelling due to blood collection, which should disappear in 3-4 days. If you are not having any symptoms like persistent headache, vomiting, excess sleepiness you need not worry.
