Pulmonologist 's  Response
Any smoke is degerous weather it os tobacco smoke or other smoke. And that to chronic smoking leads you towards chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. And this is the most common cause of blood in sputum in smokers. Chronic bronchitis causing airway inflammation and due to hyperemia causes slight haemoptysis. Other possibility is infection s like bacterial pneumonia and TB. So better consult pulmonologist and get done atleast x ray chest. And quit your habit.
