Hi,
I understand your concern.
You have less amniotic fluid around your baby in uterus. This is not an ideal condition for baby to grow, may lead to problems like less / lot of pain in mother's abdomen/fetal movements/ bodily abnormalities in baby like club feet/ serious problems in delivery. You need to avoid this by improving amniotic fluid level in uterus. specially so because you are yet in 8th month of pregnancy.
What your doctor has suggested is the best way to increase amniotic fluid by increasing mothers fluid infusion of mother by Iv injections ( glucose or amino acids)/ or raised fluid intake by mother... which is not practical
* So I would suggest to bear with your discomfort & follow doctor's advise ..so as to overtake the problem & it's disadvantages.
Thanks.
