What To Do As Hip Replacement Resulted In A Severe Curve In Spine?

My gran is nearlly 74 and has needed two hip replacements but has refused to have them down which has therefore resulted in a severe curve in her spine. Now she finds it to painful to lay on her bed because of the curve in her spine. I'm just wondering what is the best type of bed for her
