What To Do For A Gooey Like Thing On The White Of The Eye Which Doesn't Move?

So my friend and i had a fight and I started crying. So after she left I went to clean myself up, and i looked at my eye. I saw this clear gooey like thing on the white of my eye. Its raised up and I dont know what to do. I tried touching it but it wont come off or move. I dont know to go see a doctor or wait it out.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having a sticky or gooey thing in the eye on the conjunctiva.
This can be a foreign body or because of growth like pterygium.
If it is a foreign body it requires treatment by removal to prevent infection.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
