What To Do For A Small Grain Like Ball In The Testicle Which Pains On Squeezing?

I am 15 and I felt a small ball in my left testicle about size of a grain of rice and maybe Alittle smaller... It doesn't hurt to touch it, it is really small... But does when I squeeze so now it's sore and I don't wanna go to doctor I was hoping it would go away... Help me?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having folliculitis or having some skin infection or infected sebaceous cyst.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3days.
Keep local hygiene clean.
Ok and take care.
