Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne in face due to irregular periods which are very common in your age group and occurs due to onset of puberty, hormonal changes and when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You should get your hormones levels monitored. You should wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day. You should use Isotrentoin on daily basis and wash face with clindamycin gel. Exfoliate your face once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist/ gynecologist once . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course. Drink plenty of water and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
