Hi,

It seems that you may be having truncal acne. The acne on back may be resistant to the treatment. Take isotretinoin 10 mg daily with vitamin E at night and minocycline 50 mg daily in morning for few months. Apply clindamycine gel on the lesions at night.Avoid worries and tension. Take food containing vitamin A like carrots and papaya. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
