What To Do For Bloating In The Lower Abdomen Area And Mild Pain? Could It Be Cancer?

I have bloating in the lower abdomen area, mild pain, and I am 61 years old. I still have all my female organs, and I am worried that this might be cancer. I have had pap smears for the last 10 years and nothing has ever showed up but I am still worried. What kind of testing do I need?
