38 year old female, cold like symptoms for a month, sore throat and green phlegm at the beginning treated with amoxil 500mg for 10 days. green phlem dissappeared but not sore throat. tonsils hurts and get enlarged sometimes when talking or eating certain foods. allways hurt when talking
Apart from medicine you also need to take general care.It takes sometime to resolve. I would suggest you following things apart from medication:
> Take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles (mouth wash) with it three times a day for at least 3 days. It will give soothing effect.
AVOID(till you become healthy again): > Chilled water > Drinks > Spicy food
