What To Do For Damaged Veins In The Legs?

my doctor told me i had post phlibitic syndrome and i needed to stay off my leg and keep it elevated. i had him complete a disabilty form and the doctor stated I should not return to work as their was damage to my vein and may take a couple of months to heal. the claim office is now telling me they are denying my request for an extension of benefit pay because they say i should be able to return to work. what can i do to get an approval to stay on disabilty and get paid?

You can challenge them by the irrefutable evidence in worldwide literature on Chronic Venous insufficiency and Post phlebitic syndrome. The treatment would be long term compression therapy with compression stockings, limb elevation, Tab Ecosprin 75mg once a day and Tab Folic acid 5mg once a day. For acute episodes you can also add on Tab Daflon 500mg twice a day. You can look up the WARFASA trial and other similar studies. Take care.
