Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your query it looks like you are suffering from inflammation f the mucous membranes inside mouth known as Apthous Stomatitis and can be caused due to a number of common conditions like Nutritional deficiency of iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid, stress, dry mouth, physical injury caused by sharp teeth or dentures, uncontrolled diabetes, acid reflux, allergic reaction etc..
You can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine half an hour before meals as it will reduce burning during eating..
A bioadherent gel mouthwash like Gelclair can be used as it sticks to the mucosa and provide relief.
Take multivitamin tablet daily.
Anti-inflammatory medicines like Advil can be taken.
Cold water rinses and sucking ice pops will help..
Take soft bland diet.

The other part of your question is Psoriasis which is an autoimmune disease and it leads to formation of dry thick scaly skin layer which on removal leaves an inflamed, ulcerated and raw skin..
To be very frank Psoriasis is not completely treatable and treatment is done mostly to relieve the symptoms of itching and pain..
The most commonly used product is Salicylic acid, and salicylic acid containing ointments can be applied over the lesions..
Retinoid containing ointments and oral retinoids can be taken..
Steroid containing ointments can be applied to relieve inflammation and itching..
Multivitamins should be taken..
In resistant cases light therapy is given in which a drug Psoralen is applied over the lesion and exposed with UV light..
Take sufficient sun exposure..
In winters or dry climatic conditions keep the lesions coated with petroleum jelly to prevent irritaton caused by dryness..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
