What To Do For Fluid Around The Heart And Enlarged Heart?

I had a heart attack about 7 yrs. ago, and have a defibulator. I have recently been diagnosed with fluid around the heart and an enlarged heart. I am 58 years old. What are the options now? I have high blood pressure but no diabetes. I am overweight and had starting a walking regeime but had to stop because ofvery shortness of breath.

These are complications of a heart attack..the heart enlargement is due to heart failure..
You need admission in cardiology ward to drain the fluids around the heart.
Do an fresh echocardiography...
