What To Do For Frequent Sinus Infection?

Hi, I get a lot of sinus infections. But even when I don't have a sinus infection and I'm when I'm well hydrated, I get severe sinus facial pain when exercising. Is there anything I can do. It hurts so bad that I stop exercising before I'm physically tired.

Ist sinositis can b treated with antibiotics and mobilization...fluid inside the sinuses may block the ostium of sinuses..and are painful even during exercise.

For recurrent sinusitis and having poor compliance to drugs endoscopic sinus surgery is adviced..or antrostmy can b performed.
