FSH is a hormone released by an endocrine gland called as Pituitory. This hormone brings about the maturation of the egg follicles in ovary. As the follicles start maturing, the FSH levels go down. The fact that your FSH is high suggests that the follicles are not maturing. The chances of pregnancy are very low in such cases. The follicles in such cases are almost extint or non-responsive - a satge very much close to menopause. You may contact an Invitro Fertilization specialist and get the opinion whether collecting your egg and doing fertilization outside the body and then implantation in the uterus is possible. As it is, in the pregnanacy at the age of 36, chances of stale eggs leading to abortions ot abnormal baby are also high. The other alternative option for you is adoption. I hope I have clarified the situation for you.
