What To Do For Getting Prolonged Erection?

Hello doctor,my husband is having problem in erection as well as he has developed some kind of hard granule type acne full of blood and white fluid under his scrotum.
he also has problem in penetrating and sometimes he can not even penetrate and the sperms are ejaculated out side.
please tell me what can it be and how can it be treated?
i am very upset.
