What To Do For Headache, Light Headedness And Lack Of Concentration?

Hey, I ve not been feeling myself for some months now. I get lightheaded, mild headaches, find it hard to concentrate on conversation and focus at work. (very slight sensitivity towards light) It gets worse when: I m stressed (at work) Outside Walking Doesn t go away when I sleep Sometimes I think it makes me more tired than usual Any help would be great!!!! Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Two main things should be ruled out in your case. Anemia and hypotension.You should get a haemoglobin count and Blood pressure examination.In case of low BP you can take more fluids and increase some salt which will help to improve.In case of anemia a stool analysis should be carried out.If any signs of parasitic infection deworming should be done by drugs like albendazole.Iron tablets with vitamin C will help to improve the anemia also.This will improve your symptoms.Hope this may help you.
