What To Do For Heart Blockage?

2 years back i am heart blockages then doctors are prescribed to take following Tab cloplilet a 150 mg Telma H Rozavel 10 MG Metozok 50 MG Monit GTN 2.6 Every day I am brisk walking 2 hours in the morning I am not finding pain Now doctor was prescribed me test TMT next time coming. Is it required me.Pleasse advice.

I understand your query and concern.
Coronary artery disease should be evaluated regularly.Get an ECG,2 D ECHO,Lipid profile,complete blood picture,hs CRP levels.Monitor blood pressure regularly.Drugs like Anti platelets,nitrates,anti hypertensives,antacids,lipid lowering drugs will be helpful.Do not stop your medication until your doctor advices.Regular follow up with your doctor is mandate.TMT in your case is advisable as it will detect for any myocardial ischeamia.Restrict dietary salt intake.Exercise rewgularly.Fruits like apple,pomogranate will be helpful.Coronary angiogram with or without stent will be the treatment of choice.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
