What To Do For High Beat Feeling In Heart?

i am feeling this weird feeling in my heart. i feel high beat every few minutes. usually more when i am sitting or lying down. sometimes it will also make me cough. i did couple of test and everything seems fine but the feeling i am having is very annoying and want to know how i can get rid of it???

Hi
Most of the time palpitations are innocent.
But if you feel them as troublesome and they occur very frequently you need to be investigated.
First test in this case is a 12 lead ECG with a rhythm strip. That will give a lot of information most of the time.
