I have sometime that feels like a protruding vein chord like with hard pebble feeling attached Underneath my left breast. It s about 4 + inch chord/rope like protruding thing that has hard pebble like knots attached to it..its almost like a piece of yarn that get those tight double knots in it..it really protrudes when I lift my arm or stretch and sometimes painful!

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Based on the provided description it sounds like an inflammed lymph node, but we can only confirm the same after a physical examination.

I would recommend a visit to your doctor and an elaborate evaluation. Causes for the same could be recent infections, at times related to the menstrual cycle, etc.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
