What To Do For Pain And Swollen Legs?

i had a fall 2 days ago and fell face down onto my chest. i was xrayed and told that no ribs were broken. i am in extreme pain, unable to move or lie down in bed. now my legs and feet have swollen up, my feet feelas thought the skin will pop. is this swelling related to my fall. i have not been in bed for 2nights, tonight (now) is the 3rd night. imy bloodpressure at the time of the accident was very high 178 over 90. i am 67yrs of age
