What To Do For Painful Bump On Leg Oozing Brown And White Fluid?

Hard extremely painful bump on leg oozed brown and white after being covered so painful can't wear jeans or sit down on it it's on the back of my thigh and I live in New Hampshire what could it be its so painful makes my eyes water when not even touching it, white in middle red around it, it's pretty close to as big as two half dollars what could it be? Please help, won't hold anyone accountable for any advice thank you

It is possible that the lesion is an abscess which is a collection of pus that has accumulated within a tissue.

It can be very painful.

The definitive treatment is incision and drainage of the area.Antibiotics are also normally given.
