What To Do For Premature Ejaculation?

hi im 31 years old and i face ejaculation in 2-5 minutes and i m not able to do intercourse twice in a period of half to one hour but feel distention in the penis when i m not even thinking of sex and when i m in free mood. my health is average height 5feet 10 inches and wheight only 65 kg vegetarian and have acidity problem afer eating fried eatables plz help me to increase the distention of penis and time of intercourse .

Taking 2-5 minutes to ejaculate after vaginal entry is normal. Men are not designed by nature to have 2 nd round of sex after 30 minutes so you are normal.
