What To Do For Problem In The Erection During Sex?

I am 43 yrs old (male), married, two children. Married 18 yrs back and first 15 yrs were living together, for the last 3 yrs, I shifted to another country without family. Every year, go to home. During the first 15 years, sex life was good. When there was gap, I felt erection problem. Anyway I satisfied my parter with stimulation of clitoris etc, but I couldnt enjoy as earlier, ie the climax is not that much fully enjoyable to me. I never had sex with any other women. Why it happens, is it due the a long separation. Also the depression due to separation is high. I think if we live together , it will not happen. It is due to the education of my children, I couldnt bring my family to me.
