What To Do For Red Spots On Roof Of Mouth Which Pains?

I have red spots on the roof of my mouth, but not in the middle. I can t really see them, but my husband says they are clustered, but do not look like blisters.. The spots started near the back on the right side, and has now spread to the front behind my teeth on the right side.. They are painful, and my lymph nodes in my neck are swollen. It is hard to eat, and my gums bled when I brushed tonight. I have three kids that are sick this week, one with the viral form of strep throat. What could this be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the apthus ulcer due to bacterial infection, may be secondary to B complex deficiency.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, diclofenac , lactic acid bacilli, and B complex.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery, and to have good resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
