What To Do For Sensitive Skin?

hello dr, my sis (21yrs) has very sensitive skin.usually gets red in sun.again she has developped inflammatory lesions (??or heat boils?? red to pink) like acneform rash over forehead,malar areas in 2-3 weeks.she has exams.n also have dandruff.but usually in her exams also she had never developped such lesions.she is having ayurvedic medicines now n applying face packs.what allopathic medicine should be given to her? plz guide accordingly.
