What To Do For Severe Hair Fall?

I have lost my hair so much and severe hair fall, as the water in may area is rusty, dark color. I have taken botion, minoxidil lotion, Keraglow AD shampoo for 3 mths. But its of no use. No i am using pears soap for hair too, hair loss is ok when i use soap but i have itching on my scalp. PLs suggest good shampoo, hairoil for my hair

Hello,

As per your case history of hair fall, my treatment advice is -
1. Use a good herbal hair oil and shampoo for routine use.
2. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
3. Take an iron supplement and Vitamin B-12 supplement once daily for three months.
4. Other treatment options are injectable Vitamin B-12 and mesotherapy done by a dermato-surgeon.
