What To Do For Severe Pain In The Joints?

Hi, may I answer I have had joint pian all over since as long as i can remeber since i was about hour 12 is as long as i can remeber no has been able to diagnose also have tacharcadia and when its cold sometimes my fingers and toes have turned blue or almost purple if i am in the heat to long like an hour i get really bad diarrea have had mutiple blood tests done sometimes the turn out different as in sometimes my sed evalted will be elvated and my ANA will be postive but sometimes its not. can you tell me what could be causing this and how i could get help for it ive talked to my family doctor and been to mutiple other phsycians and been to the hospital mutiple times cause the pian has gotten so bad what should i do?
