What To Do For Shingles That Is Spreading?

I had shingles 18 months ago, starting in the back of my head on the right side, and spread to the right side of the front of my head. I know in the past week, have severe pain, mainly at night with shooting electric current traveling from my cheek to the top of my head.

I really appreciate your concern, if this was the viral infection indeed so it the disease of the nerve fiber (Local) and such pain is likely to happen and it can be giver try with vitamin supplement like "Cyanocobalamin" (Vitamin B12) and "carbamazepine 10 mg" three times in day, condition is self limiting if you could bare the pain, hope this information helps, take care.
