What To Do For Swelling In The Labia Along With Soreness And Itching?

I had sex with my boyfriend without using a condom. Ive never had sex without one before, so thought this may be the reason. My labia has swollen and is red and itchy and quite sore. It cant be an STI as he was tested not long ago. Is there anything I can do to treat it myself?
