What To Do For The Bleeding Followed By Mastoidectomy?

i had a mastoidectomy from a chloesteotoma about 5 years ago.. my ear has recently started draining a redish to dark redish color which i have to clean out with a tissue every morning. It looks as it bleeds in the night. Do you think that it is possible that the cholestotoma has grown back
