What To Do For The Burn On The Inner Thigh Above The Knee?

I got a burn on my inner thigh above my knee last Sunday. Today is Saturday. their are two sections that are alot worse they were very raw now one is filled with yellowish clean puss and the other randomly bleeds should it ve exposed to air or covered and what should I be putting on it? It has a very uncomfortable burning and tearing sensation when I walk.

so sorry to hear about your condition .
apply silver x cream on it two times per day .Keep the wound open if at home.prefer cotton ,loose clothes ,avoid friction between the area or it will get worse. As you say it has pus in it ,chances are its infected .so i will advice you to visit your family physician ,he/she will assess the wound & prescribe medications accordingly .
