General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to hcm,
i would like you to continue your medications and even after continuing the medicines if you feel chest pain radiating to the left arm, you can take nitrates in a lower dose. This will relive your chest pain.
i want you to get frequently evaluated by your treating physician and get monitored.
hope this explains.
with regards
Dr.Amarnath
