What To Do For The Cough And Cold Along With Loose Motion?

My 2 year old son has had a cold a cough for about a week and for 2 days had loose stool tonight after his nap @4pm, he has a 102 rectal fever and today only, he seems to have a hoarse throat when he speaks. Is this a common cold or should I take him to the doctor?

It can be common cold still you need to see a doctor .so that it can be controlled at this stage.
Give the child ors and lot of liquid things
