What To Do For The Difficulty In Ejaculation?

Hey, I am 15 years old I am not really turned on by "normal" masturbation. I mean, I get an erection when I stroke but I can't ejaculate. However, when I am lying in my bed, I like pressing my penis and moving it with my both hands. This way I ejaculate, but I am worried if this might be harmful for my penis.
