What To Do For The Difficulty In Walking After Knee Replacement Surgery?

hi sir,im muaz,a maldivian.23 yrs and work in maldives national defence forces.i did a knee replacement surgery last month 18 th.and my review was to be on 29th last month but due to many problems,financial i could not go to kkoh.
now i have removed the stiches and now im able to walk but very difficult ,using a stick.
im doing some streching on my own and i think its recovering ,
sir could you pls suggest wat i should do now,,after sugery from hospital i got 10 days medicine.
sir coud you pls suggest some phisiotherapy and wat i shoul avoid doing.
