Hello and welcome to HCM,
All these thoughts that people are allergic to you, you have an allergic skin, something is coming out of your body, people around you are sneezing etc appear to be hallucinations.
Hallucinations are false perception of the world around you.
I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus treatment.
Behavioral therapy will help to relive your symptoms.

Thanks and take care
