Hello

thank you for trusting HCM

Dear if the mucous in the nose may dried or thick visit mucous from the sinuses is difficult to blow it out.

Use normal saline nasal spray to make mucous thin or keep it moisturizing to come out.

avoid vigerous blowing it may cause injury to mucosa lead to bleeding from nose .

Use water vapour inhalation to dislodge the mucous. use mucolytic tablets like ambroxal or n acetyl cysteine to make mucous thin.

If nothing worked please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
