I've had an ear infection for a week now. I've been drinking apple cidar vinegar to get rid of it, however it still keeps leaving and them coming back 10 times worse. I'm going to the ER in about two hours or so when my roommate wakes up, anyway, I'm having sinuses problems as well and my throat burns. Could this all be because I was a heavy smoker? I quit smoking and started dipping, I'm also about to quit dipping. But I got the ear infection right after I quit smoking. I'm just wondering if it has any relation...
i would like to tell you first that smoking you have is agreat risk factor for many diseases and recurrent infection as smoking impair immunity ...so briefly smoking has relation to what you have and it is good to stop smoking and also dipping...you may have ear infection that caused by certain bacteria..you need to refer to ent specialist to examine your ear as you may need also blood culture for definite diagnosis....dont be worry of that as you stopped smoking you should treat the causative infection and enjoy your life
hope that helps
