What To Do For The Effect Of Meth And Alcohol?

I have been smoking meth for the last 3 days and drinking alot of alcohol, I think i have been awake for about 4 days now. have not eaten much food at all over this period, my friend has just given me a oxyelite pro tablet. Now i have pins and needles through my hole body and i feel like shit, also my penis is shrivelled up and am struggling to go to the toilet. What is the best way to cure my bender.

oxyelite pro, wow, those were banned last year. This is looking like a potential medical emergency. And, if you did stop everything the withdrawal from the alcohol interacts really badly with meth and can easily give life-threatening seizures, so, I 'm doubtful you can safely come down off of this without intervention. Increase hydration on the way to the ER
