What To Do For The Fever And Irregularities In Blood Result?

This is Arif from Bangladesh. Age:25, Weight :65Kg, Height: 5'8'' .I am in great trouble. From Oct 29 my fever was 104 degree to 105 degree, my blood pressure was top 90 & low 60. after consult with doctor my fever reduces but SGPT goes to 1379 and bilirubin was 7.4. after 1 month now my bilirubin is 7.5 . But My doctor tested Hepatitis B, A & E but all these are negative. Doctor said to me for unusual virus this was happen but he was unable to identify my disease.
Please tell me some advice & my disease.

Hi Arif,

I have gone through your medical reports and feel sorry for the situation you are in.

Having high SGPT and bilirubin is indicating that your liver is severely damaged. The most probable causes apart virusis include:
- medications you use
- alcohol abuse
- drug abuse
- working with inhalation chemicals

In other cases, it might be related to hereditary hyperbilirubinemia. Genetic examinations are needed to exclude/determine it.
