What To Do For The Pain After Intercourse Along With Bleeding?

dr. checked me on 05/01/2009, in your O.P.D, I want to take advise from you that whether i have to come there
for my health check-up, ? I am having pain after intercourse, and bleeding and smelling too, i have gain weight, i taken advices from local doctor, but she is not telling me confidently, I am worried, so I would like to come again for my treatment. I used to taking injection, Medroxyprogesterone Acetate 150mg I/M every three month.
Please find attached prescriptions, pathology and sonology reports to advice me.
